Electronic component procurement

The Circuit Procurement Department specializes in sourcing electronic components with the highest cost-performance ratio, providing one-stop procurement to enable rapid production launch. It also strictly controls material receipt, quality inspection, safe storage, etc., to avoid material damage.

SMT Surface Mount Technology Processing / DIP Dual In-line Package Processing

It has a 2000-square-meter dust-free production workshop, with 6 SMT production lines and 4 DIP production lines built in accordance with the IPC610 standard. Equipped with various professional production and testing equipment, it can mount imperial 01005-45MM components and 0.3P BGA, with the maximum mountable PCB size being 510MM. Jieteng Circuit Technology implements strict quality control procedures to ensure the quality of PCBA products and meet customer needs.

PCBA Testing

After the PCB bare board is mounted with components, it is transferred to the PCBA production line for procedures such as program burning, functional testing, ICT testing, FCT testing, aging testing, fatigue testing, and testing under harsh environments. PCBA testing is a critical means to control product quality. The PCBA boards that pass the testing can then be assembled for delivery.
